This is a place where you can calm down and unwind from the day's worries with a hot shower at the end of the day. So, when intending to add furniture to your bathroom, it's important to find some kind of harmony between style, inventory limit, reasonableness, and the ability of bathroom furniture to fit into the size, shape, and layout of your bathroom. 

Your bathroom furniture also needs to be durable to withstand spills and dampness. It makes more sense to have accurate estimates of the length, width, and height of your bathroom, as well as the area of any utilities, such as water and electricity. 

5. Pay attention to lighting 

Provide several light sources for the bathroom: the general light will evenly illuminate the room, and the directional light will highlight the functional areas. Skip the cold white fluorescent lamp, which makes the room feel uncomfortable and gives the skin an unpleasant green-blue tint. If possible, choose a big bathroom window that lets natural light in. 

6. Use mirrors to expand the space

Renovating a small bathroom can seem like an impossible mission if you want to change the old design, but at the same time not “steal” space from the room (after all, in a small bathroom there is not much room for self-expression through design).
