Featuring an omakase menu by Chef Shion Uino, who comes to New York from Sushi Saito, the world-renowned three Michelin-starred sushi restaurant in Tokyo, sushi AMANE offers the best sushi in NYC and an authentic Japanese Restaurant experience.  sushi AMANE is located on the lower level of MIFUNE Restaurant, a fine dining Japanese restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, located within a few blocks of the Japanese Embassy and the Japan Society. sushi AMANE has two seatings per evening and reservations are required.
