Planet Thailand Restaurant
Planet Thailand opened its doors in the 1990's on Bedford in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Five years ago, it moved into a vast industrial space on North 7th which allowed the restaurant to now feature three types of cuisines; Thai, Traditional Japanese, Sushi and Hibachi. The restaurant specializes in Modern Thai cuisine with wordly innovative influences and also serves Asian Fusion cuisine for catering. Planet Thailand is also known for its great selection of beers and wines.
The restaurant comprises two bars, one full liquor and the other with an extensive wine selection also available by the glass, a sushi bar, Hibachi table and a private room for large parties and events, as well as a nightly live DJ. It is overall a great dining experience.
