Heres another huge milestone for American Racing Headers and our partners at Chrysler. Dodge injected some Viper venom into the Challenger and decided its time to bring a Bazooka to a gun fight. The V10 Drag Pack Challenger is here and its turnkey! With a highly modified Gen 4 Viper engine, 2 speed trans, Dana 60 rear and AMERICAN RACING HEADERS, the NHRA Stock/Super Stock classes will never be the same.

Our incredibly successful partnership with Dodge on the Viper ACR-X program opened the door for American Racing Headers to be the builder of choice for the V10 Drag Pack. We cant thank the folks at Chrysler enough for recognizing what real quality is and giving us the opportunity to show ARH knows how to make power. The unveiling took place at the Viper Owners Invitational on Oct. 1st in beautiful Salt Lake City before a huge crowd of Mopar faithful. ARH was there to witness what may be one of the greatest moments for us as a header manufacturer and for Mopar fans since the Hemi Cudas and Darts of the late 1960s.

Theres quite a few folks at Dodge and Arrow Racing wed like to thank for giving ARH this amazing opportunity. We salute you all!

American Racing Headers would like to congratulate ACR-X racers Ben Keating and Ryan Schimsk for winning the first and second races respectfully at VIR July 10th & 11th. The race was a thrill a minute through intense Virginia heat but the Vipers were humming and ARH headers never sounded better. Weve never been prouder than seeing every ACR-X in the field breathe though our headers. We thank Chryslers Viper Team for the opportunity.

Congrats to Jim St. Clair for not only winning in Atco but for setting the record in Pure Street and being the first in the 9s! Now thats a great weekend! And were sure theres more to come. Thanks for choosing ARH!

There's something about glowing hot metal that gets our hearts racing here at Autoblog. Because it's built for the track and not the street, the ACR-X gets a few tweaks compared to the stock Viper V10. Gone are the catalytic converters and in go forged pistons, a modified calibration and long tube headers good for 640 horsepower and 605 lb-ft torque. Those headers not only look fantastic when the engine is off, they glow bright orange when the V10 is strapped to the engine dyno and revved to redline for sustained periods.

Team Hajek have done what few can achieve in 2009. They started the year by winning Stock Eliminator in Pomona followed by class wins in Indy and Vegas. Add to that the team set the national ET and MPH records in both A/Stock and AA/Stock. They then took their 2010 E85 Mustang to Bonneville and set the record in C/Blown Fuel Altered at 258.4 MPH.
