Decorative and fine arts, exquisite 19th century furniture, elegant silver pieces and stunning Chinese export items will cross the auction block, online and live at the gallery in Atlanta.

The auction will also feature ceramics from Pablo Picasso and Toshiko Takaezu, a Joan Miro lithograph, an oil painting attributed to David Teniers II, and a selection of vintage poster art.

The auction will be held online and live in the Crescent City gallery at 1330 St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans. Featured will be property from the Bagatelle Plantation in Sunshine, Louisiana.

The three-day event includes a wide variety of traditional fine and decorative art reminiscent of what can be seen in the great country houses. Also sold will be items from the tri-state region.

The 330-lot auction will feature an assortment of unique antiques, including fine silver and crystal, period furniture, hand-woven tapestries and carpets, original paintings, sculptures and more.

The auction, live and online, features over 1,000 lots of motorcycles, bicycles and related parts, advertising items, lighting, industrial, military, Art Deco, and many antique and unique items.

The Rare Signed Autographs, Manuscripts, Books & Memorabilia auction will start at 10 am Eastern time. All 549 lots are up for viewing and bidding on the University Archives website.

The ship’s log is the centerpiece lot in a Books & Manuscripts: 1st Editions + More auction being held online and live in the Davenport gallery. Also sold will be rare first-edition books.

The September 7th Petroliana & Advertising auction featured 309 lots and grossed $683,308. The September 8th Soda & General Store Advertising auction, 404 lots grossed $449,060.

The auction actually one of three days of auctions planned by Strawser – will be held online and live in the Wolcottville gallery. The Leberfeld collection, 249 lots will be the headliner.

The event will feature a rare 1874-CC (Carson City) U. S. $20 Liberty Head gold coin, a Civil War Scott Confederate #3 2-cent green on drop postal letter cover, and many other collectibles.
