According To Witness Reports, The Teacher Hit A Parked Car Injuring The Minor Inside
Alton, IL — Leslie Flamm, a teacher at the Catholic Children’s Home in Alton, was arrested on December 26, 2025, for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) and failure to reduce speed, according to public records from Madison County.
Court documents show that a notice to appear, conditions of pretrial release, and sworn law enforcement reports were filed on December 30, 2025. Attorney Bryce Joiner has entered an appearance on her behalf, and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for January 22, 2026, with a jury demand and pending motions.
