ArgoPrep Releases Interactive Classes for Students of Classes 8th And 9th Taking The SHSAT

USA (Feb 07, 2022) - As is known to everyone New York City makes use of specialized High School admission tests for determining which individual is suitable for acceptance in a specialized School. The method of testing is supervised by the New York City department of education and there is no fee for taking the test.

To qualify to take the test a student must meet the great level and residency requirements. Students who are studying in grade 8 or grade 9 can opt to take the exam. Every candidate must apply to enter a specialized High School at the beginning of grade 9^th for grade 10^th school year. The only other age restriction that is applicable is that they must be taking the grade 9 studies for the first time. The shsat test only accepts candidates who are residing in New York. For students from outside New York, the application for specialized high school tests is not accepted.

It is important to note that there are no testing restrictions based on the current schooling arrangement of a candidate. All that matters is the right age and residential City. Individuals who receive homeschooling or attend private schools are also eligible to take the test.

Candidates who want to attend a specialized High School should make arrangements for shsat practice test through the school's guidance counselor. After the individual get their schedule of exams they also receive a testing ticket with information like test date and time. On the day of the test, the ticket must be signed by the parent or garden. The ticket should also have all the names of schools the student prefers to take admission to. Testing is usually conducted during November and October. Students who are planning to take the shsat practice should download the handbook from the official website. It contains all the testing information along with practice tests and additional tips for success in the shsat prep.
