Opening Aug. 19th as the newest dining location in Katy Asian Town. The highly anticipated restaurant is finally opening its kitchen to food lovers. Dim Sum Box or DSB is excited to announce its opening. Its newest dining experience will offer 30+ authentic menu items; from Shao Mai (shrimp & pork dumplings), and Ha Gow shrimp dumplings, to their famous Baked Golden Egg Yolk Lava Buns, as well as some new dim sum creations with a modern twist. Combining authentic flavors and modern designs, DSB’s aesthetic is inspired by clean lines, refined wood craftmanship, and sophisticated color palette; purposeful elements used to show case the dining area with a great view of the open kitchen.
Spearheading DSB is Gilbert Fung as CEO. Fung’s remarked, “We’ve taken decades of experience specializing in dim sum and Chinese cuisine, to create the newest dining experience in Katy.”
