Demands Are Rising of Investigations on the Corruption Claims against the Chief Justice

(May 6, 2021): Demands are rising up for the DOJ to take active part in initiating investigation against the Chief Justice Stuart J Rabner of NJ and other judges under question.

There is need from the part of the DOJ in taking active interest in the areas around New Jersey.

The DOJ should open up a criminal investigation upon Chief Justice Stuart J. Rabner. The Chief Justice has endless federal lawsuits pending against him. So the demands are rising up for proper investigations and steps.

Rabner has so many federal lawsuits files against him and yet they have all been dismissed from the federal judges. These judges have the history of working for the Chief Justice. Therefore, there stands a conflict of interest when it comes to the matters of proper verdict and transparency.

There is a public safety reason why the DOJ has to start an investigation. It needs to take place in the US District Court of New Jersey. The investigation should comprise of the incidents of dockets that are pending as well as closed against the Chief Justice.

If this is not done then there is high chance that the public will have a lack of confidence and trust over the legal system of New Jersey that has been rigged from the top to bottom.

Demands for the removal of absolute immunity for the judges should be put in place. These judges should take responsibility for their actions.

Demand is also that the judges in questions should be fired as well as charged under criminal acts in the event they have committed any crime. As an example Judge Alberto Rivas falsely reported that he was a victim and was threatened with a gun in his chambers.

This false police report caused a serious public alarm and placed John F Marchisotto and and his family at risk of serious harm.

As the above mentioned incident has never taken place, the judge is still at large on the courtrooms and staying under the supervision of Stuart J. Rabner. 

The question that is come is that do these judges have immunity from all these filings of false reports as well as the reports from the sheriff police? Concerns from the public are coming and there has be an outrage over the matter already.

Judge Rivas who is infamous of being a ‘predator’, as he has a disturbing long history of abusing ladies. Just cowardice acts of abusing women do not go with a judge and as a result, demands are also rising when it is about removing him from the court.

 The reason I am writing this letter to the US Attorney is because this is a very serious matter and needs a  DOJ investigation.

The DOJ should also open up an investigation against The Advisory Committee of Judicial Conduct in NJ. There have been numerous complaints filed against Judge Alberto Rivas (mostly women) that they have failed to properly investigate, and covered up.
