For example, if one opinion estimates that there will be fifty dollar changes from the original purchase amount you may be asked to pay fifty dollars more for the closing costs or an extra twenty-five dollars for the first opinion.

Closing Costs - You can expect your buyer to cover closing costs from the time they send you their money until they finally close the deal on your house. This means that they will have paid four dollars and fifty cents for each of these Opinions and Adjustments. This means that a thirty percent decrease in your home value occurs just from adding these three things. In addition, the percentage of your loan balance is also reduced by the third party's charge card statement. These numbers will be important to you when you negotiate the purchase price of your house. Always be sure that the agents you are working with are providing this information up front and that they are providing you with all of this information.
