(February 03, 2021): – Gotham Solutions Limited, the London headquartered venture capital and private equity investment group, has publicly confirmed the acquisition of Considir Group, a global business directory group focused on business and customer service solutions. The investment by Gotham Solutions will enable the management team of Considir to increase investment in new technologies and accelerate expansion across new territories. 

The Considir Group operates global business directories and customer review platforms, flagship operations include leading USA Business Directory,  UK Business Directory, South Africa Business Directory, Nigeria Business Directory, Ghana Business Directory and India Business Directory. These business directories play an important role in assisting newly established businesses share their services and contact details on a platform where thousands of customers are actively searching for similar products and services – effectively providing immediate financial benefits to small and medium (SME) business owners, which are typically the businesses with limited marketing budget.

In 2020, Considir Group launched ComplainService.com, an online platform that allows consumers worldwide to share and report customer experiences. ComplainService.com provides the company with an opportunity to respond directly to the complaint, and update customers about steps taken to rectify the problem from occurring again.
