2. Don’t skip foreplay

Foreplay is an extremely important part of sex, especially with age. It may take some time for both men and women to become aroused and ready for intercourse. Additionally, sex can be quite painful without proper arousal and lubrication. 

You can use a massage as foreplay. Gently massaging with scented oils can improve blood circulation that plays an important role in sufficient arousal. Try to massage not only back since well-massaged hips, buttocks, neck, and other body parts can also wake up the desire

There is no need to try all Kamasutra poses to get new impressions but changing the routine sex scheme can be extremely beneficial. For example, you can turn on the light or have sex outside the bedroom. Everything legal and interesting for both of you is acceptable. 

4. Use additional lubrication

A lack of natural lubrication in women is a quite common issue. This condition is called vaginal dryness. In most cases, it affects menopausal women but young women with decreased estrogen levels can also experience it. 

Vaginal dryness can cause microcracks and pain during sex. You should understand that sex should bring pleasure but not pain. Schedule an appointment with a gynecologist to undergo proper treatment or ask the doctor about additional lubrication that will make your sex more comfortable. 

5. Get rid of complexes

Almost everyone has certain complexes about their appearance. But when it comes to the bedroom, it is better to leave them all behind the door. If your partner still wants to have sex with you, he or she probably knows about your imperfections or don’t pay much attention to them. If you will show your fear or complexes to your partner, sex will more likely to be spoiled.

6. Have a special meal

Have you ever heard about special foods that increase sex drive? The main thing is that these foods contain an aphrodisiac. An aphrodisiac is a substance that increases the desire to have sex and may even change your sexual behavior. 

Avocado, bananas, chocolate, oysters, ginger, and salmon contain aphrodisiac and other nutrients that have a beneficial effect on your sex mood. If you are going to improve or change your regular sex, you can try to include the aforementioned foods in your diet.
