The process of TTRIIC coating is fairly simple. First, the tungsten is then mixed with a solvent. This solvent is often water, but it can also be other solvents such as benzene, methyl isocyanate (MICA), and even ethyl isocyanate (EIC).

The next step in TTRIIC powder coating is to form TTriic polyurethane into a thick solution. This is done by adding a solvent to the solution and stirring for sometime. As the solvent is removed, the solution will become thinner until it is very thin indeed.
