Rockville, MD - September 29, 2019 - A Rockville dental clinic is to install a state-of-the-art 3D unit which is considered the gold standard for better imaging of the jaw.
The addition of the 3D CBCT scanner at Rockville Dental Arts, headed by general dentist, Dr. Dennis Norkiewicz and his associates, will enable the clinic to offer the best services for dental procedures.
And as a special commitment to the community, the dental clinic will be providing free dental care for Veterans on Veteran's Day - Monday November 11. As a former US Army dentist, Dr Norkiewicz knows the importance of dental care for our former service members.
The clinic, which actively serves the Rockville, North Bethesda, & Gaithersburg, MD, areas, is this month (October) set to take delivery of its Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT)
The unit is a medical imaging technique consisting of X-ray computed tomography where the X-rays are utilized for imaging the oral and maxillofacial area.
"This means we will be able to take 3D images of the jaws and provide better diagnosis and placement of dental implants for our clients," commented Dr Norkiewicz.
The clinic offers a wide variety of treatments and preventative dentistry including all general dentist needs as well as dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, restorative dentistry, dental crowns and dentures.
"We also provide smile makeovers when more than one treatment is needed to create the perfect smile for you," he added. "We think our dental office is the best dentist in Rockville as we go above and beyond to ensure patients get the dental treatments they need, as painlessly as possible."
The Rockville office also offers staff that speak fluent Spanish for their Spanish speaking dental patients.
Rockville Dental Arts is committed to serving all members of its community, hence the desire to offer free dental care for Veterans on Veteran's Day.
Dr Norkiewicz said the aim was to provide high-quality dental care while putting the patient in the most comfortable setting possible, at ease and to ensure they received quality treatment from the first point of contact and right through their care and treatment.
Rockville Dental Arts, which was rated Best Dentist Rockville MD in 2018, has also received many positive reviews from patients for their commitment to excellent, quick and painless dentistry.
