McKinney TX - March 18, 2019 - Kitchen and housewares are moving on up with a series of colorful collections, with a witty twist, from the new June Clever company.
Successful businesswomen Missy Livingston and Beth Snyder have combined their creative juices to form June Clever, which, if she was human, could be defined as "the smart-mouthed neighbor who hosts a killer BBQ."
The new company is offering a memorable line of sassy kitchen goods that are unlike any other and will become a talking point around a Sunday brunch with friends.
June Clever textiles have officially debuted in the kitchen wares market, and are designed to be for the “more refined sister” of the sassy corner of the housewares sector.
Currently, there are three product collections available and include aprons, paper and cloth napkins, oven mitts and the Hang-Tight Towels®.
The business, June Clever, is a collaboration between Missy, founder of Twisted Wares, and Beth, who is the owner of 1canoe2.
"Our designs are sharp and witty, with added sass and no crass," commented Missy, who developed the wording, while Beth designed the brightly colored patterns.
They wanted to take the lessons they’d learned from starting their previous companies, combine their strengths, and create a new company with colorful, funny kitchen wares they hadn’t seen elsewhere.
They knew the designs had to be top notch, the witticisms would be sharp and original, and, most importantly, the products had to matter to the kind of woman that inspires Missy and Beth every day.
Their collections, under the Hostess, Collector and Farmer's Market lines, are comfortable, but come with a bite of personality and wit to raise a smile.
Missy is a mother of three boys who launched her Twisted Wares after a constant battle with her three sons for control of the kitchen towel. After quitting as a realtor in Seattle and moving to Texas with her family, she sat down to create the products that she knew would resonate with moms and dads everywhere. And Twisted Wares was born.
Beth heads up the One Canoe Two illustration company that spreads joy through cheerful, thoughtful paper goods and gifts. Each piece of artwork they create shows the hand of the artist and embodies their love of home-cooked meals, weekends spent in nature, and a deep appreciation of life's natural beauty.
