30, May 2017: Ukrainian start-ups managed to "integrate" into one of the most promising technology areas - Internet of Things or IoT. Igor Yankovsky writes on his blog on the Medium.

Businessman believes that IoT innovations assist in making life more comfortable by meeting human needs for self-expression, communication, health care and resource friendly behavior.

Ukrainian start-ups are not an exception. Young Ukrainian inventors also master the niche of gadgets and applications that help to live a healthy lifestyle. There is a wide variety of offers ranging from a virtual instructor for the gym (Helko start-up) or a smart bracelet that monitors a physical condition of his owner (FORCE emotion start-up) to an express test of food products (BioSens start-up).

Igor Yankovsky believes that such innovations not only make our existence easier and more enjoyable. Their mission is to promote the ideology of sustainable development and responsible consumption. This is fundamentally important for the Ukrainian society, which has just begun to overcome dependence on an extensive resource economy.
