Over the past year, Natural Hair Course NYC - a private school - has been working with the New York State Department of education to meet all requirements and become the only Manhattan based Department of Education certified beauty school to offer the 300 hour natural hair course. This course is created to help those who want to become licensed natural hair care professionals.
Working as a salon owner and high-end stylist for many years, Ruth also an extensive background in teaching; stemming from years employed at a nationally known institution.
