Before installing new roofing, it will be necessary to get rid of the current shingles. When doing this, we will either pound the old nails flat or eliminate them completely. Protruding nails are problematic as they can rip holes within the newly installed shingles. During roofing installation, any movable items that are beneath the roof will be removed to avoid damage from falling objects. A tarp can be used to protect landscaping, plants and to catch any nails that will fall from the roof. As you can see, we take no chances with our work.
