Biofinity® contact lenses, manufactured by CooperVision®, are made from a high performance silicone hydrogel material that uses the proprietary Aquaform^TM technology. This results in lenses that are more wettable and more comfortable therefore providing the wearer with a soft and moist lens all day. Biofinity® lenses deliver oxygen to the cornea using the combined high oxygen transmission properties of silicone hydrogel with those of water. The presence of a higher water environment within the lenses makes Biofinity® more resistant to dehydration and surface deposits. The lenses are designed to be worn as monthly lenses, which means that you take the lenses out each night and replace them with fresh lenses once monthly. Be sure to follow your eye doctor's recommended replacement schedule.
