Krypton is a modern interpretation of "the bag box" of the 70s, and the rigid wooden frame with a bag of fibre balls has been replaced by Eilersen's well-known comfort, stylish lines and modern body language.
 

In order to maintain the impression of seat gravity, Krypton's seat has been integrated into the body. At the same time this provides a fantastic stability and an experience of sitting low. However, it is easy to get up again for Krypton is an elevator. In Krypton there is much more foam than what is normally the case. Not too much, but precisely the amount of upholstery needed for you to sit softly without tilting and to experience a special elevator effect and comfort. The thick core of foam is upholstered with down at the top of the seat to provide the typical, soft "Eilersen look". And the broad cushions for both back and arms are filled with 100% feathers.

Krypton consists of a large modular programme with corners, end sections, chaiselong and sections without armrest, and you may buy extra down cushions in size 23 1/2" x 23 1/2", so you may create precisely the sofa you need.
