Incorporated in 1995, Environmental Maintenance Contractors, Inc. (EMC) has been performing environmental contracting, consulting, testing, and reporting services for over a decade. Our ability to provide consulting and contracting services affords us the experience to effectively identify, assess, and implement cost effective, expeditious solutions.
EMC performs phase I & II site assessments, diversified industrial hygiene services, asbestos, lead-based-paint and indoor air quality (mold/fungi), underground storage tank consulting, testing, reporting and contracting services. EMC also provides building demolition services.
EMC maintains a $5 million total aggregate for professional errors and omissions liability insurance including environmental and pollution (Mold and Asbestos Abatement) coverage. In addition, EMC has available $5 million in total aggregate of general liability insurance, also with an A rated company.
