JRD Investigations President James DeSaye is a specialist in surveillance and undercover operations. He is a graduate of a New Jersey State Police Training Commission Academy graduating first in his class. He is trained as Computer Forensic investigator, and a certified Fraud claim law specialist. He is also trained in counter surveillance, and has worked as an explosives detection dog handler. He currently is in charge of daily operations of the agency.
