WELCOME TO MVU VETERINARY SERVICES
MVU is a full service veterinary facility offering a full range of medical and surgical procedures. We also provide house-calls, a separate new boarding kennel, grooming, pick-up and drop-offs. All pets are examined and treated only by Doctors Kaufman and Jaffe, assisted by a very experienced and dedicated staff.
Doctors Charles Kaufman and Kenneth Jaffe have been working as a team to bring quality and compassionate pet care to Brooklyn since 1975. MVU started as an innovative house-call practice, becoming the first multi-veterinarian, fully equipped practice of this kind in New York City. After 33 years of experience MVU has established a unique system of practical solutions to most medical and surgical problems. Our strong belief is that quality care can be offered at affordable prices. The costs of the newest veterinary diagnostic tests and procedures are becoming prohibitively expensive. At MVU we have learned through experience to diagnose and treat medical problems using different approaches tailored to individual circumstances. In this way we can reduce costs and still obtain excellent results. It is our experience that makes the difference.
In our practice the Doctors and staff are well aware of the joy and richness that pets add to our daily lives. People want their pets to be healthy and free of discomfort and pain. That is our goal at MVU Veterinary Services.
