Dyne Air uses Automated Plasma Processing for non-standard duct fittings.
We use state of the art profile and nesting software to create programs for the cutting of fitting parts. Our software reduces sheet scrap by optimizing the area needed to produce fittings for the job. Once all parts are nested we download to the plasma table and cut to exact sizes and tolerances as required.
After the blanks are completed specialized auxiliary equipment add the necessary flanges, seams, bends, cleats and insulation if required. From there a team of experienced sheet metal duct fabricators complete the fittings.

This is sheet metal on its way out to some of our customers. Our customers fax us sketches or call in orders, and we process and fabricate them within 24 hours. Ductwork made to fit right the first time.

This is the heart of our operations. Fittings standard, and custom get cut here to save on labor when fabricating duct work. The machine burns patterns that are keyed into the computer, stickers are placed on the duct pieces prior to being put together, and then the duct work is put together. Having a plasma cutter saves on 50% of the production time.
