Seneca Development, together with the Casilio Companies and Avalon Development, LLC, has acquired the former Holiday Haus property in Ellicottville, NY, opposite Holiday Valley Resort. The development team is developing the property with twenty-one townhome condominiums. Construction has commenced, and the first units are now available.

Seneca Development & Management Corporation (SDMC) is a small diversified commercial real estate development and management company. The firm employs eighteen persons and is located at 701 Seneca Street, Buffalo, New York. It is owned by Alan Dewart, attorney James E. Rolls, and Lori McDermott.
SDMC manages properties with combined annual revenues of approximately $2,600,000 and which are comprised of nearly 1.4 mil. square feet.
