For you the customer to get the best value for your money, timely return of all equipment and accessory items will result in the lowest possible cost.
We want to make Renting Easy
We accept all major credit cards. All transactions require a valid driver's license, a verifiable home phone number and a work number. All rentals may require the payment of the rental in advance and may also require a deposit. The deposit will be refunded to you when the contract is completed and all items are returned in good working order. The refund will be made in the same manner as the payment was received.
We Accept Advanced Reservations
And strongly encourage them. Some items may require payment of a security deposit in advance. Deposits on tent/party rentals are non-refundable. We will accept changes to any reservation during normal business hours. Any special request for display or inspections must be arranged by appointment.
We offer Small Equipment Repair Services
Our knowledgeable mechanics keep our rental fleet up and running strong after lots of abuse, let them take a look at your equipment and they will actually fix it.
We want to help you as soon as have Trouble
We want to know if you encounter any problems or breakdowns. All that is needed is a quick phone call so that we can eliminate the problem made on the return of the equipment and it will be reviewed by a manager and, if warranted, store credit issued.
