M-ECS Center Stagers present "The Sound of Music," Morrisville-Eaton Central Junior-Senior High School auditorium, 7:30pm

The Morrisville Community Church, 3824 Swamp Rd., Morrisville, will be hosting an ecumenical Thanksgiving service and covered dish dinner beginning at 5 p.m. Bring a dish to pass and join us in the fellowship hall. Table service and beverages will be provided. (www.morrisvillechurch.org)
December 4, 2010 Indoor Farmers Market, 9am - 1pm

Locally grown produce, meat, eggs, honey, maple syrup,
jelly, salsa, baked goods, cheese etc. will be sold. Vendors
will sell nutritious New York products and crafts from the
second floor ballroom which is accessible by stairs or elevator.
"Coffee Cafe" will sell hot coffee, pastries and goodies. The
Indoor Market will be the first Saturday of Nov-Dec-Feb-Mar

The Friendship Inn recently announced a time change for their free dinners. They will be served from 5 to 6:30pm on Thursdays at St. Joan's church in Morrisville. No proof of income is required. Volunteers and donations are always appreciated. For more info, call Nettie Periard at 684-9636.

A new cookbook has been published called "Wildflowers and Silver Spoons." The books has 248 pages of delicious recipes from local people and is available at Dougherty's Pharmacy. They are $12 each or two for $20. Proceeds benefit Madison Hall.
