Established in 1943, we are the area's oldest paving contractors, currently operated by the third generation of Valerianos. We have always prided ourselves with honesty and quality workmanship.
Located on Bleecker Street in Utica for over 59 years, Joe and Matt work side by side depending on each other's expertise to achieve the quality that has become our trademark.
Our services include but are not limited to blacktop and concrete paving for driveways, sidewalks, parking areas and golf cart paths. We also install brick pavers and slate in concrete sidewalks and planters. We offer knowledgable recommendations for lay-outs, grade requirements, design suggestions and drainage needs. We also provide pavement sealer as a service to our customers. If we don't do it, we will gladly refer you to the proper source.
Our memberships include the National Federation of Independent Business, the Mohawk Valley Builders Exchange and the Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Customer Service is a critical part of our business. If you have a special need to be addressed such as design requirements or drainage concerns, we can help. Joe's education and many years of experience have made him very knowledgeable in all phases of blacktop and concrete paving. Joe always accepts the challenge of a tough job, commercial and residential alike.
