We are not a traditional staffing firm in that we focus on recruiting candidates seeking long-term employment. Even when we are helping a client with a short-term project, we meet their need with this same pool of employees who possess a strong personal work ethic and the technical skills required for each position. Another key difference is that our Account Managers / Recruiters are not human resource generalists but in fact have had hiring responsibility in the profession / industry they oversee for us. You will not have to identify the most important attributes of good employees for your company they will know what they are because they have been in your shoes.

As a potential candidate for employment, we strive to make the process as convenient for you as possible. We pre-screen all candidates without requiring you to come into one of our offices or spend any time completing tedious paperwork. Once you have submitted a resume (or our pre-application form if you do not have a resume), we consider you for all applicable career opportunities going forward. If your background indicates you might be a good match for a position, we will contact you to walk you through the process from there.
