Office hours are by appointment only. If you have an emergency, an immediate health problem, or a special scheduling necessity, we will make every attempt to make suitable arrangements. Because our pets rarely choose convenient times to get sick, sometimes a wait is necessary. We do our best to reduce your time in the reception area and to make it as comfortable as possible.

We have complete confidence in the coverage provided by the Emergency Clinics and do not hesitate to send our clients to them if an emergency arises.
The VECCC is located at 2115 Downer Street Road in Baldwinsville, just off of Route 690. Please call 315-638-3500 before making the trip. The VMC is located at 5841 Bridge Street in Dewitt, just off of Route 690. Please call the VMC at 315-446-7933. The VECCC and VMC are an extension of Mattydale Animal Hospital and provide the same high standard of veterinary care.
