What a month April was at Ashton Place. Easter Sunday Dinner was fabulous and well attended by residents and their family members. Then, we welcomed 5 new residents from Rochester, Newark; Victor; Greenville, Pennsylvania; and Palmyra. The warm weather brought our flowers, flowering shrubs and trees into full bloom and we turned on central air conditioning much earlier than anticipated. Suffice it to say that "Spring has sprung" at Ashton Place and we're not complaining!
Our new Ping Pong table has been set up and residents are flexing their muscles and testing their balance trying to keep the ball going.
We had numerous musicians performing in April: Larry Serafine, Aaron and Claudia, Bob Hanley and Rosalyn at the piano.
Ashton Place was honored to host the "kick-off" to the 2010 American Caner Society's Relay For Life Event.
