If youve come to this site looking for information about a divorce, I urge you to take a look at the section on Collaborative Divorce. While this new approach to divorce is not for everyone, it offers opportunities for clients (not courts) to control their own destiny in the divorce process. It is more civilized and humane than the standard litigated approach, and I think it offers all the parties the best opportunity to move forward in their lives with improved skills and a better chance for a positive new beginning.
