The owner of the company was a previous Gateway Service Manager based at the Henrietta, NY Gateway Country Store. The owner has 5 years experience servicing Gateway computers on a daily basis as well as 10 years total in the computer manufacturing and repair industries. No one knows Gateway computers better than we do in Rochester. We also have access to hard to find Gateway parts.
