Since undergoing major renovations completed in 2001, Sands Point Center for Health & Rehabilitation has become the premier healthcare facility on Long Island's Gold Coast. Sands Point offers a comprehensive array of short term and sub-acute services including orthopedic rehabilitation, specialized wound care, pulmonary treatment programs and IV therapy. Sands Point also provides long term care for individuals in need of permanent skilled nursing supported residence in a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment.
