and coordinated manner. We have maintained excellent client relationships over the years and strive to
continue to be available to our individual and family clients.

Home visits and Nursing Home Visits are available by appointment. Frank G. D’Angelo, Esq. is available to
speak at community and group educational seminars.

Twice a year the firm publishes a Newsletter, “Family Care Connections Review” in conjunction with Family Care Connections®. Current legal and caregiver information effecting individuals and families is provided in this newsletter, as well as information on related services.
