There’s a chill in the air, the leaves are starting to turn, and every corner farm stand has big orange pumpkins for sale. It’s fall, and a great time to be a fiber fanatic!
We’ve got a great class schedule lined up for you! There are warm mittens, hats, socks, sweaters and much more, to make for you or for holiday gifts.
Our summer kid’s knitting classes were a hit! We’ve heard that our newest knitters would like to keep learning, so we’re offering Kid’s Knitting levels 1 and 2 this fall. We also have a Tapestry Weaving class for our younger friends. What a gift to give the special young person in your life – a love for fiber arts!

If you haven’t been in for a while, you should stop by and check out all the new yarn we’ve finally finished unpacking for fall, and the incredible new colors of wool in our spinning room.

Our all-day workshops are a wonderful way to treat yourself to a whole day of fiber arts. It’s a great way to learn something new and enjoy the camaraderie of spending the day with people who love fiber just as much as you do!
Beginner Spinning Workshop Sunday, November 7, 10:00am to 4:00pm
This is our crash course in learning how to spin on a wheel! In this fun, full day, you will learn how to make singles, ply, control your twist, make skeins and finish your yarn. If you’ve ever wanted to create your own handspun yarn, here is your chance to learn how!
Rug Hooking with Yarn Workshop Sunday, November 14, 10:00am to 4:00pm
Come spend the day learning the basics of rug hooking! Learn how to work with colors and textures to create a beautiful picture out of yarn, roving, curly locks and more.
Needle Felted Scarf Workshop Sunday, December 5, 10:00am to 4:00pm
Spend a day painting with fiber on silk! Learn how to use needle felting techniques to make a beautiful and unique silk scarf.
