All desserts are homemade as are the salad dressings. If you like fresh coffee, you'll love Portabello's. Each pot's beans are ground just before brewing! It doesn't get any better or fresher.

Portabello’s is a casual, fine dining family restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. Portabello’s serves an Italian cuisine and much, much more. Chef Josh believes that each plate should delight the eyes before the palate. Using the freshest, seasonal products, cooked to order, special diets are always respected. Children are delighted by their own Kid’s Menu. During the summer, restaurant produce is raised organically at the family farm.

Portabello's sidewalk cafe will be opening in May. You may continue to enjoy the air conditioned comfort of the inside dining rooms, or sit at the spacious umbrella tables, and watch the comings and goings of Fly Creek, a most charming hamlet. Visit Heartwork's Quilt Store, Gary Foster's cabinet making shop, the Fly Creek General Store, or any of the area's quaint bed and breakfasts, away from the hustle and bustle of Cooperstown.
