Charlie Houseman and students from the different art classes he teaches at the Springville-Griffith Institute High School visited the Art Shop and gallery Thursday, November 4, and received a tour of the frame shop and art gallery which is currently featuring Tom Kegler's exhibit Pursuit of Beauty. We separated the students into three groups and each group took turns seeing different aspects of our gallery and the inner workings of the Art Shop. Each student had to analyze and answer specific written questions for their respective classes regarding Tom's paintings. Everybody here at the gallery had a great time talking to and answering questions from the students, and we look forward to Charlie's next class visit!

Charlie currently is featured in a two person exhibition along with artist Ray Easton at the Oxford Gallery, 267 Oxford Street, Rochester, NY 14607. The Exhibition runs from Saturday, October 23, 2010 - Saturday, November 27, 2010.
