We offer fun, interesting and stimulating activities and classes for all ages and stages, every interest and ability. Learn something new, or heighten a skill.Take a trip or be a volunteer.

Health and wellness screenings, health insurance information, plus everything to get you moving from Zumba and tap dance, to yoga, dyna-bands, and total body fitness.

Come play with us! We have organized cards and games, Wii sports, dominoes, billiards and weekly BINGO!

The Dale Association offers affordable, well-planned, escorted trips for adults of all ages. We have Theatre, Casino and other Day Trips, as well as, Extended Trips throughout the United States - and even overseas!

Come sing with our chorus (its free!), join a new group like Humanities, Keenagers, Social Sewers or Candy Makers! New groups are forming all the time, and we welcome new participants at any age!

Finding the right volunteer opportunity and making the most of your activities can be crucial to feeling like you have made a real difference and having a positive experience. We have opportunities for everybody. How can you make a difference?

National Memory Screening Day, November 16, 1:00-4:00 pm at The Centre. Join us for this free, five-minute screening sponsored by the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. This national effort is designed for the early detection of memory problems. Information and assistance will be available. To schedule your private screening, please call: 433-1886.
