Bay Street Animal Hospital is an exceptional health care facility that combines commitment to excellence in veterinary medicine with compassionate and affordable care. Even by human hospital standards, our ICU, surgical suite, radiology suite and in-house blood screening technology are the cats meow. The floating x-ray table and digital x-rays give us the ability to give you speedy results without much stress to your pet. Many of your pets blood and other diagnostic tests will be done in-house with reported results in 30 minutes.
We are there for our pets and their owners whenever they need us. The hospital provides 24 hr. on-call emergency service for our patients and clients exclusively.
Our superbly trained veterinarians have well over 100 combined years of practice experience and have trained at some of the finest veterinary schools and post-graduate facilities in the world. We use advanced digital imaging, EKGs, surgical photos, and other diagnostic test reports to enhance our state-of-the-art computerized record system. This allows us to keep your pets history and test results at our finger tips.
A 16 camera closed circuit TV system allows us to monitor every corner of our building, 24 hours a day. Our highly developed medical management system and technology allows all of the attending doctors and technicians to monitor our patients progress. We can access their entire medical record in a heartbeat, in the hospital and from home! Your pets' security and well being is at the center of all our advanced integrated systems that is the hallmark of our practice.
As you enter the hospital, we take a digital photo of your pet and enter it into the medical record for future reference and comparison. A framed "mug shot" is given to you to take home.

GroomingOur "Pawsitively Purrfect" Pet Salon is truly an exceptional "spa experience" for your furry loved one! We offer luxurious, soothing baths; including a special hypo-allergenic cleansing baths to make your pet smell as well as they feel. If your pet feels "itchy" a medicated bath containing soothing agents will help stop the uncomfortable scratching and skin irritation.
The salon is headed by Gail Grande, a highly regarded groomer with over 10 years experience. Our services always include a complimentary nail trim and ear cleaning.
Pet HotelOur clients have the comfort of knowing that our hotel guests will receive the best care available in the unlikely case it is needed. We combine experienced, empathetic caregivers, a beautiful facility and affordable hotel fees to make sure that you and your pet receive excellent and most importantly safe and comfortable care.
You have the option of boarding your pet in one of our six very posh hotel rooms, a roomy/comfortable cage, or the expansive (4' x 8') private runs. For your feline friend - a Kozy Kitty condominium chalet! Our highly qualified hotel and pet concierge staff provides tender loving care and frequent outdoor playtime (weather permitting) to keep your pets happy, active and healthy.

PharmacyWe have an extensive stock of the latest, most popular veterinary prescription drugs, over the counter medications and animal health products.
