The Estate boasts a grand 1902 Georgian-style home, a 1907 Carriage House, an in-ground swimming pool, lovely sloping lawns and seasonal gardens, as well as a Riverside Gazebo. Pumpelly Estate has elegance and sophistication with all the modern amenities, maintaining the historic charm and details of the past.

The Carriage House Event Center
The rustic charm compliments the historic grandeur of the Carriage House, creating
an idyllic setting for any event. The Carriage House with its Riverview Deck overlooking
the Susquehanna River, creates the perfect backdrop for a memorable event.
Adjacent to the Carriage House is the Pumpelly Garden. The garden area is landscaped with seasonal flowers, shrubbery, an open lawn, small pond with rock waterfall. At the center of the garden is a romantic vine encased arbor. On the Estate Grounds you will find several private seating areas and the Riverside wrought-iron Gazebo.
