There are hills to climb and battles to fight. There are peaks and valleys and plateaus. But you will collect many tools to use to get you thru the tough times. And there are friends and supporters on the journey with you to help you up when you fall and encourage you when you get weary and kick you in the pants when you get lazy. We've got programs and support groups and materials to assist you in your new life - some are free of charge, some have an expense. What is your life & healthy worth to you?
