OPEN ENROLLMENT ALL YEAR..
Gymnastics Gymnastics classes for pre-school thru competitive athletes, boys & girls. Programs are baby tots, tiny tots-parent participation, tumble bears, school age, boys classes, developmental team, pre-team, USAG competitive teams levels 3-6 compulsory, 7-10 optional. Dance Excel dance classes for girls and boys 3 years of age thru adult. Ballet, modern dance, creative movement, jazz
& hip hop. All Star Cheer Tumbling
Excel offers cheer tumbling, beginner thru advanced.

NOVEMBER... Thanksgiving Holiday Camp Excel Thanksgiving Holiday Camp is held in November, this is a one day camp for any girl or boy 3 years of age or older is eligible. No previous experience is required or necessary. Camp hours are 9am-12 noon half day 3 and 4 years old. Full day
9:00 - 3:00 pm 5 years of age and up. DECEMBER... Holiday Camp Gymnastics Excel Holiday Camp is held in December during Christmas vacation for any girl or boy who is 5 years of age or older. No previous experience is required or necessary. Half day 9-12 noon 3 and 4 years old. Full day 9:00 -3:00 pm 5 years old and up. BIRTHDAY PARTIES EVERY WEEKEND... Fun Birthday Parties Birthday parties at Excel Gymnastics are offered on weekends and some holidays. Excel is a fun and popular spot for birthday parties and other special celebrations. Rock Climbing Excel of the Mid Hudson Valley now offers fun rock climbing for all ages.

School And Scout Troop Field Trips Excel also offers school and Scout Troop Field trips every season, so call and book your outside function with Excel Gymnastics.
