▪ Prudential, Newark, New Jersey 16-story renovation of office complex-18 mos. Project Role: One of six master carpenters and 34 journeymen (TV studios, darkrooms, executive suites)
▪ Mountainside Hospital, Montclair, New Jersey 12 mos. Project; new construction 7-story wing
▪ Role: Journeyman (during framing and rock) and one of four master carpenters on cabinets and trim, (framing, drywall, nursing stations, patient rooms, art deco trim)
▪ Clara Maass Hospital, Newark, New Jersey new construction 12 mos. Project
▪ Role: Foreman for the MRI room and installation of 3 floors of cabinetry in three mos.
▪ New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, New Jersey new construction 10 mos. Project
▪ Role: Lead Bench for 50 journeymen fabricated forms for the foundation of 6-story structure

▪ Fine carpentry (mobile shop for creating custom-crafted cabinetry, railings, trim, etc.
▪ 3-D Computerized Solid Model Designing with automatic takeoffs on framing, concrete, plywood, etc. Complete color documentation in AutoCAD on HP plotter

▪ Complete additions, decks, kitchens and baths
▪ Wood and metal framing systems
▪ Acoustical, Tray and sculptured drywall ceiling systems
