The firm of Zarecki & Associates, LLC is a diversified consulting engineering, land surveying, planning and architectural design firm providing a wide range of services to both the public and private sectors. The multi-discipline staff has acquired a full range of site development expertise that allows our clients to take advantage of top notch, one stop sevices where a well coordinated effort will ensure positive results.

With an emphasis on environmental sensitivity, the firm specializes in the preparation and presentation of plans and documents utilized in conjunction with Environmental Assessment Forms (EAF) and/or the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) in accordance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review process (SEQR), or environmental concerns raised by town inland wetland commissions in the State of Connecticut. Our responsibility is to represent the client when he or she has a desire to improve or develop a property and to guide them through the entire regulatory process in their dealings with State and local health departments, planning and zoning boards, wetland commissions and building departments.
