A Tennis Camp Experience You Won't Forget!
Joel Ross Tennis Camp is a place where memories and a better tennis game are created. Located in Kent, Connecticut, in the foothills of the Berkshires, we are an overnight junior tennis and summer sports camp with a focus on "consistent and winning tennis". Our camp is for the child who loves tennis, golf and other sports camp activities. In addition to the junior tennis summer camps we also operate a fall tennis academy. Our tennis campers play on 17 tennis courts at our Kent location. Junior tennis campers, ages 8-17 are re-grouped 2-3 times per week based on ladder play results. Tennis Campers get 3-6 hours of daily tennis and sports activities, playing as many as 3 tennis matches daily.
Summer Tennis Camp Activities
Our 6 week summer tennis camp is taught by our renowned tennis counselors under the direction of Joel Ross. Their expert teaching fine tunes each junior tennis campers' skills in the following areas: topspin on both sides, under spin volleys, slice backhands, kick serves, drop shots, overheads, approach shots, V Attack, mental toughness, how to handle bad calls, and even how to slide on clay. Our Connecticut tennis camp in New England is a keeper!
We are the only American Camp Association (ACA) accredited tennis camp at a prep school in the nation. Camp activities include squash, archery, canoeing, kayaking, golf, soccer, basketball, crafts, hiking and even chess. If you like golf you can also add a week to your tennis camp experience at our golf camp!

Our tennis campers play two matches a day & have personal strength training with Natalia Brown, our strength & conditioning coach.
Golfers play 9-27 holes a day, starting with 9 every morning!
