Klemat is proud to offer our customers the full line of quality LENNOX products, as well as other quality heating and cooling products. The service vans are fully stocked with repair parts for the product we sell as well as for equipment we have maintenance contracts for. We supply only the highest quality products. Keep in mind that dealers are only responsible for the first year of service so cheaper models really don't save you money since they may need replacement and repair more often. We specialize in the HVAC/R products only so servicing these products are our only priority.

All of our employess at Klemat have been college and factory trained to assure our customers of quality installations and service. Klemat employs three full-time service technicians in order to offer our customers 24 hour emergency service. Those who call after hours speak with a real, live person, not an answering machine. This guarantees prompt service. All three service technicians are radio dispatched and drive fully stocked vans.
Klemat will provide signed CUSTOMER QUALITY AUDIT FORMS to anyone who would like to determine how our jobs are installed. 85%-90% of heating or air conditioning problems are caused by poor installation practices.
Klemat carries a substantial liability policy. All service technicians and installers are employed by us and therefore fully covered by the company's worker's compensation and disablity policy.
