Visits will be during the above scheduled times & pregnant patients will be seen by every physician & nurse practitioner during their pregnancy. The physician on call does delivery the day you go into labor.
Bring a VCR tape at your 18 week sonogram & we will do a 3 minute taping for a keepsake.
We are now offering laser hair removal as an added service. It is not covered by insurance but we do offer affordable pricing.
How The Practice Works
As a patient of our office, you will be cared for by our physicians & nurse practitioners. As a patient who belongs to a group practice, you have chosen to enjoy the advantages only a group practice can offer. Our patients are seen same day, with their chart available to the provider, in times of problems. They also enjoy more than one option in a complicated problem without traveling to another office unless a specific specialist is required. During their obstetrical care they can rest assured that they will be delivered by a physician they have seen in our practice, not someone unknown to them.
If you joined the practice with a specific physician, she & her nurse practitioner will be treating your medical needs. If you see her nurse practitioner, your chart will be given to your physician to review your concerns & treatment rendered at the time of your visit.
If you joined our practice for your OB/GYN care after the physicians closed their individual practices, you will be cared for by the physicians & nurse practitioners on a rotating basis. Once again you enjoy the ability of having a provider always available for your needs who has access to your chart.
What To Expect When You Call Our Office
You will be greeted by our voice attendant, which will guide you through the following steps. With the assistance of the voice mail system we have found we could serve more of our patients on a daily basis than previously. We are aware some patients are confused by the system, however it has made it possible to address your needs more efficiently.
Press 1 - to make an appointment.
Press 2 - to speak with medical personnel for medical questions.
Press 3 - for billing questions.
Press 4 - leave information to have a referral generated for insurance requirements.
Press 5 - when you need a prescription refill.
Press 6 - to inquire on a test result.
