Chuck Nardizzi has had 30 years of marketing experience including 11 years as Director of Marketing at Pepsi and 3 years as Sr. VP Marketing and a corporate officer at Paddington Corp./Grand Metropolitan. He founded BEN Marketing Group in 1989 which was recognized as among the top 10 promotion marketing companies in the nation. BEN Marketing Group was acquired by WPP and recently merged with OgilyAction Worldwide.

Dean Scaros has had over 30 years of experience in advertising and marketing. Having begun his career at J. Walter Thompson and McCann-Erickson in New York, he later served as President & COO of Backer Spielvogel Bates/USA and co-founded Scaros & Casselman Advertising. Dean has developed and led the marketing strategies and programs of some of the nations largest consumer marketing companies. He holds a Ph.D. from New York University and has been a Visiting Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Culture and Communication at NYU.

Together or separately, Chuck and Dean have worked with major national marketers including: Miller Brewing Company, The Prudential, Pru-Bache Securities, JP Morgan Private Banking Group, Coca-Cola, DuPont, HBO, Holiday Inn, Burger King, Campbell Soup Company, IBM, Unilever and many others.
