Welcome to Country Knolls Animal Hospital, P.L.L.C. ! We are a small animal veterinary practice that has been providing care in the Jonesville/ Clifton Park area since 1976. In January, 2008, founder and longtime owner Dr. Gerard Bogaard retired from practice after passing the reins to Dr. Kelly Cooper. Our goal is to continue the practice mission to provide compassionate and quality care to canine and feline patients and their families, and to ease the anxiety of a hospital visit. Our team of dedicated professionals emphasize preventive care, and compassionate, progressive medical treatment for ill patients.
